Jenny was finding that she was working every hour under the sun and going way above and beyond for her clients without having the structures in place to allow her to charge for her services appropriately. She found that she was reinventing the wheel with every new client she gained for contracts, workflows, finance. She was also not setting clear deliverables and boundaries for her clients which meant she ended up doing a lot of work for free.

We ran two workshop sessions to interrogate how she WAS working and how that compared to how she WANTED to work. Together we mapped out her customer journey and her business offering. From this we could redesign the journey in an efficient way that worked for her.

Some of the outputs included:

  • Refreshed and concise client onboarding process

  • Distinct client packages with time commitment allocated to all her to understand how much work she could take on and when she could do it

  • Connections established between tools using Zapier to automate some parts of her work.

  • Confidence and clarity in what she was doing
