Social Bite is a social enterprise with a national profile, known for its work tackling homelessness through food, employment, and housing. With a growing organisation and ambitious goals, they needed their website to work harder — for their audiences, their fundraising, and their team.
I was brought in to lead the discovery, procurement, and delivery of a full website redevelopment project, acting as both strategist and project manager throughout.
For Social Bite I delivered:
Team interviews and analytics review to surface audience needs, team requirements, and ambitions for the website.
A comprehensive project brief, drawing on staff insight and my own expertise, ready for use in a formal tender process.
End-to-end management of the tender process, including shortlisting, interviews, agency communications, feedback, and appointment.
Client-side project management and strategic input throughout the build, serving as the primary contact for the agency.
Problem-solving and decision-making support across technical and strategic challenges as they arose.
An analytics and reporting brief, identifying relevant metrics and how they connect to wider organisational reporting
CMS handbook documentation created using Scribe, to support the team in confidently managing their new site.
Ongoing stakeholder updates and project administration to keep everything running smoothly
